6.1 Access and Update

6.2 Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove your personal data from our active databases within 30 days. Some information may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days for security and legal compliance purposes.

6.4 Notification Preferences

6.5 Calendar Permissions

You can revoke calendar access permissions at any time through your device settings or Google account settings. Revoking calendar access will disable calendar synchronization features but will not affect other app functionality.

7. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to provide scheduling and exam tracking features. We only access calendar data you explicitly authorize during the permission flow.

What we access:

• Calendar events and their details (title, date, time, location)
• Event creation and modification capabilities

What we do with calendar data:

• Display events within the App's calendar view
• Create reminders and notifications based on calendar events
• Sync exam dates and milestones with your calendar

What we DON'T do:

• Share your calendar data with third parties
• Use calendar data for advertising purposes
• Access calendars you haven't explicitly authorized

8. Children's Privacy

Runners is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to our servers and those of our service providers, wherever they may be located.
